It’s amazing what a blur the late 20′s can become, especially when you put your life on auto-pilot out of complacency/comfort. I played in bands from 1997-2005 ( I think we even played with you guys once ) and it’s crazy how fast that fades into the past. I’m 32 now and felt exactly like you did in 2011 for the past few years. It’s great to realize it though and decide to take action to become excited about life again. I’ve done that recently too and it feels good to have blood flowing through me again. Happy Birthday brother. Enjoy every day!
